The NYS Empower+ Program helps income-eligible New York households make critical energy efficiency improvements by covering most or all of the cost of approved measures. The program is designed for whole-home efficiency, comfort, and long-term energy savings.

We are a Participating Contractor in the NYS Empower+ Program and provide turnkey services—from energy audits to approved upgrades—while guiding you through the entire process.

Potential Measures Available Through Empower+

All measures are determined through a free home energy audit. Depending on eligibility and home conditions, Empower+ may include:

  • Free Home Energy Audit & Assessment
  • Insulation & Air Sealing (Attic, wall, basement, and crawl space insulation; Air sealing to reduce drafts and heat loss)
  • Heat Pump Water Heater Replacement (High-efficiency upgrades to replace older systems)
  • Ventilation & Indoor Air Quality Improvements (Bathroom exhaust fans and moisture control)
  • Lighting & Direct-Install Efficiency Measures (LED lighting and water-saving fixtures)
  • Health, Safety & Electrical Upgrades (as needed, including electrical panel upgrades, smoke and CO detectors)
